Servicing is Done by our experienced professionals drawn from our partner firm RM AcElect Pte Ltd.
- Disconnection of the fan con unit electrical wiring and refrigerant piping
- Dismantle down the whole fan coil unit
- Dismantling of all fan coil parts for chemical wash
- Washing of the evaporator coils and its parts with chemicals
- Washing of the blower wheel and blades with chemicals
- Cleaning of the ventilating external facade and covers
- Washing of the drip pan, and flush drain pipe
- Check for any corrosion at fan coil and condensing unit
- Install back fan coil unit upon completion of chemical washing
- Check and tighten loose electrical connection
- Check any abnormal in the condenser and fan coil fan motor
- Check any abnormal in the compressor of the aircon unit
- Checking of refrigerant gas pressure
- Check control and thermostats
- Test run system
